We, CTIEMT, Shahpur, have zero tolerance for ragging and are proud to be a ragging-free campus. Students are educated to follow the act and ensure a ragging-free environment.
The Anti-Ragging Committee has been constituted to prohibit, prevent, and eliminate the scourge of ragging, in compliance with UGC Regulations on curbing the menace of ragging in higher educational institutions, 2009.
According to the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, Ragging constitutes one or more of the following acts:
Ragging is totally banned in the College. Anyone found guilty will be punished as it is a criminal offense.
To ensure a congenial environment, the Anti-Ragging Committee is formed. Students can contact committee members freely.
